I understand that any testing kit supplied through Genetic Beauty Lab is processed by an independent third-party laboratory provider.

I understand that testing results are informational only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any medical condition.
I understand that DNA, biological age, hormone-related, and allergy-related wellness reports reflect general tendencies, associations, and informational insights only.
I understand that testing results do not constitute medical advice or clinical diagnosis.
I understand that Genetic Beauty Lab is not responsible for:
laboratory errors;
incomplete results;
delays;
invalid samples;
postal delays;
third-party provider failures.
I understand that I am responsible for correctly collecting and submitting my sample in accordance with all provided instructions.
I understand that failure to follow testing instructions may result in invalid results and may not qualify for refund or replacement.
I understand that laboratory providers may independently process, store, or destroy samples in accordance with their own policies and procedures.
I understand that I may also be required to agree to separate third-party provider terms and privacy policies.

Wellness Consultations
I consent to participating in a remote wellness consultation by telephone or video call.
I understand consultations are educational wellness consultations only.
I understand consultations may include discussions relating to:
skincare;
lifestyle habits;
hydration;
stress management;
sleep;
wellness optimisation;
general wellbeing.
I understand consultations will not include:
diagnosis;
prescribing;
clinical treatment;
therapy;
healthcare management;
regulated healthcare services.
I understand consultations are not recorded.
I understand that Genetic Beauty Lab reserves the right to decline discussions or recommendations which fall outside the permitted wellness scope of the service.

Skincare & Product Recommendations
I understand that skincare, lifestyle, and wellness recommendations are general and informational only.
I understand that Genetic Beauty Lab does not guarantee:
skincare outcomes;
wellness outcomes;
anti-ageing results;
suitability of products;
specific improvements.
I understand that I am solely responsible for:
reviewing product ingredients;
patch testing products appropriately;
identifying allergies or sensitivities;
determining product suitability for my own circumstances.

allergic reactions;

withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully prior to withdrawal.
